This week's
theme is breakfast. Although I have taught children for years that this is the most important meal of the day I'm not a big fan of breakfast. I have, however, discovered that I do need a little something in the tummy to tide me over until my 11:30 lunch.
That little something is what you see pictured. I like the combination and think of it as my *Wheaties* -- the breakfast of dieters.

I start MY day with coffee followed by cereal & fruit most of the time. I've played twice today ... once at Happily Retired Gal and the other at Small Reflections. Hope you'll find time to drop by ;--)

DOn't care much for breakfast myself. My mouth doesn't want anything but coffee (decaf these days) until mid-morning. Then there is no time for stopping to eat. Should get the breakfast bars to munch on at work, I guess.
I wish I didn't care for breakfast. I tend to wake up starving!

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Hot waffles with butter & maple syrup, couple of slices of crispy bacon, fresh grapefruit, glass of orange juice and cup of hot coffee. I'm good to go until supper time. Good picture of what you have for breakfast.
