I read on one of the sites yesterday that after you guys disembarked, they reloaded the ship and took the next load of passengers out (on Conquest and Ecstasy both). Had to take them back to New Orleans since there really isn't a port in Galveston, and oh, by the way, passengers probably don't have cars left. This is why I am now a firm believer in trip insurance.
I'm a retired teacher who lives with my husband of 30+ years and year old miniture dachshund,Heidi. Hubby is the reason for the blog title. I call *While You're Up* my Indian name because I hear it often in the evenings. My three daughters are grown, as are my three step-sons, but they continue to fill my life with joys and worries, as do the 7 grandchildren I share with Robert. My blog is an outlet for that little writing bug I occasionally get.

Awesome picture. Thanks for stopping by my WW.
I always find the jellyfish a pretty amazing creature. The only creature without a brain.
Cool shot!
Those are really terrific shots. I have never seen so many so clearly except at the aquarium. Awesome.
